Browser is constantly refreshing on XDA

Is anyone experiencing this:
Go to XDA main forum page
http://forum.xda-developers.com/?nocache=1&z=3463243243750185
Then, try to zoom; or try typing anything in the "Find Your Device" field and the browser reloads the page - this makes it impossible to navigate. I'm using the stock browser

I've been having issues in general with xda locking up chrome...

Its not just you dolphin does the same thing search is useless.
