browser reload pages

How do i get the eris browser to reload web/forum pages so i get the newest page/forum posts

Press and hold anywhere on the web page for a few seconds. A large menu will pop up: back, forward, REFRESH, add boomark etc. Select refresh.

Does menu pull up the address bar on the top? If so you should see the refresh circle on the top right.
