[BT audio problem]

My iPhone 4s apps started crashing so I ungraded to Pixel 2 XL. Some of my music did not transfer as it was too old. My more recent albums transferred fine and play fine with or without Bluetooth. However one album, U2, plays fine on Pixel 2 XL but will not play on bluetooth, either through Pixel ear buds (BT) or through car audio BT link. The icon shows it is playing, mini audio graph. What would cause it to play fine without BT but not produce audio with BT? All the other albums play fine with and without BT.

Welcome to the forums. I'd suggest checking the web page of your phone to see if there are any Bluetooth updates.

Is the the free U2 album that apple gave away? I wonder if that may be an issue.

Check to see which app is playing what works with Bluetooth and what doesn't work with Bluetooth. You may have an audio player that doesn't do Bluetooth.

Thanks for that! I googled it and yes it IS their free album. I know they had a free single Invisible(RED) single which plays fine over BT. I vaguely recall a free album, unless I am confusing it with Invisible. The album name is Songs of Innocence.
