BT lip syn issues

So I think maybe 3 updates ago I have been experiencing major lip sync issue when watching any video via Netflix, Prime or Plex. I do a lot of sitting and waiting so I fire it up a lot. I have a 2019 Crosstrek that I got at the end of December 2018. I am pretty sure it was not happening when I first got the car. but then the January update came out soon after and I believe the issues started. off BT and the sync is fine. Anyone else have this?

Update: I may have almost fixed this myself. I started looking at the advanced BT options in the developer settings. Being a technical person I understood what most of them meant and looked up what I did not. The interesting one "disable blue tooth a2dp hardware offload" was the one I decided to focus on having experiences with other devices with manufacturers using a low end processors to power devices. And being that my radio barely responds to me and is very laggy when it first powers up leads me to suspect it is also under powered. That said I enabled this option so that all of the BT a2dp processing is handled by the phone and the sync issue has improved by 95%. not perfect but I can live with it now.
