Bubble UPNP - Missing Renderer

I have been using BubbleUPNP for awhile on my Android phone. Great app. I have had my Dish Network Hopper receiver listed on my Bubble UPNP app as a 'renderer', and I could push video and music to the Hopper. I just replaced my Hopper receiver today. Now, I can still 'find' my BubbleUPNP 'server' via the new receiver, but the Hopper is not listed as a 'renderer' when I look for renderers on my phone via the app.

Does anyone know why it's not there, and how I can get it onto my list of renderers?

Just a couple of guesses, since I don't own a Dish setup and I don't run BubbleUPNP:

1) The new receiver isn't a renderer. Dish made a change.

2) Uninstall the app, turn the phone off, wait a few seconds, turn the phone on and reinstall the app from Play Store, not from a backup.

Well, no luck. This is the same receiver, and it CAN play content via Bubble, so I'm thinking it should be a listed renderer. I tried the reinstall, also didn't work. As a side note, I can browse with Bubble via my PS3 also. I was also unable to get the PS3 to pop up on the Bubble app as a 'renderer'. I'm obviously doing something wrong....
