Budget of 250$-350$... What?s the best android phone I can buy?

My budget is around 250$-350$, can you tell me what's the best android phone I can buy?
I think the Galaxy S III is a good choice, but I?m worried it will be a little outdated...

At $350, the Nexus 5 by a long ways. Below that the Moto G is probably the best option.

I would not get an S3. That is a two year old phone at this point. If you have to buy immediately, I'd get a Nexus 5. If you can wait a month-ish, I'd get a OnePlus One

I live in Portugal and here the nexus5 goes way over that price, that?s my problem right now, because I now it is a great device
The same goes for the Moto X

If you can wait a few weeks, I'd check out the OnePlus One. It's a better (but slightly bigger) Nexus 5 at a lower price.

The Nexus 5 or Moto G if looking for a brand new phone. Otherwise, consider the Moto X if you can find one at a decent price.

For the price I agree on the Nexus 5 or Motorola X.
But since you're in Europe, you'll need to investigate your choices over there.

There's also a chance you know someone; friend or relative, in the US that might be able to get one of those devices for you and send it to Portugal.
