Budgeting app that doesn't connect to your banking information

Hi all,

Can someone recommend a budget app that does not require connecting to your bank accounts (one I can just manually enter my data into)? I used iXpenseIt on the iPhone and really liked it, but they don't make it for Android. If you have any recommendations I'd appreciate them!
