[Bug] Issues with Svoice

Have recently started using the S4 ear piece which comes along with the phone . I realised the phone will start going crazy the moment i plug in the ear piece like for example when im listening to songs with music player and Svoice commands keep appearing for no recent . Annoyed so i off the Svoice totally and its still appearing . Even when not listening to music . Wondering if anyone have encounter this issue ? It seems like software glitch to me ? Where should i report this issue to as well ?
