Bug or other problem? Mic won't work after getting off bluetooth and putting call on speaker

So every time I am using Bluetooth, after I disconnect from Bluetooth and I make a call and put it on speaker, the mic does not work until I toggle Bluetooth on and off.

The mic works fine in any other situation. If I put it to my ear, off speaker, the mic is fine. If I toggle Bluetooth on and off after using it them the mic is fine on speaker.

Is there something that is causing this ? Should I return my phone? Anybody else have this issue ?

It's annoying and has happened a few times. I listen to music through Bluetooth on my way home from work and when I get to my house and make a phone call on speaker, the issue happens every time.

It's probably repairable, but if the phone is still returnable, definitely return it.
