Build Issues. Worthy of New Device

Getting my One X(att) replaced for a new device because it creeks when you squeeze the sides.
Just though I should let others know who have this problem that it is worthy of an exchange for a new device. I contacted HTC, ATT, and Amazon and they all said they'd replace if this issue occurred.

Never had a "build" issue with my phone. No squeaks or noises. Vibration sounds fine.
