bump performance a bit

had forgotten a trick from the s3 that you can also utilize for the note 2.....bump the performance up a bit by going into settings-developer options-and change the window/transition/animator scales to .5 instead of the default 1...... just remembered and thought i'd pass along.....

I do this as well. I actually turn it off completely. Great option though. Highly recommended!
