Yep, I believe they did. I guess LG USA is tired of me blowing up their Twitter with bad press. Lol. They asked that I switch to DM with any more questions.

That always ticks me off. I think I blatantly told Motorola I wouldn't DM them last year. Issue that I knew could be easily solved had its wheels spinning for three weeks and many calls, chats, etc. A day on Twitter and the issue was resolved.

I tweeted LG about the camera settings and which was higher def, 4:3 or 16:9 (because at the time I wasn't aware they'd flipped what had been the norm). They directed me to the PR page of camera specs. It's not like the question I asked is hyper-technical. It's at least an answer they should be ablt to get for me.
