Buying a phone from Ebay, Mobile-tone-uk, safe or not?

I'm deciding where to buy the Z2, from amazon or from ebay. I trust amazon is safe and not a scam but I'm not sure about the ebay seller.
They're called "mobile-tone-uk". Although they have 98.1% positive feedback, I'm just slightly unsure. There have been some other posts on the Windows phone forums and Cnet forums about mobile-tone-uk which are also positive. Should I risk it or not? Please help me xD

Follow your instict. Personally, when i spend over £200 on ebay i prefer to collect good in person as opposed to delivery.
