Trade ins are a pure scam. Except that time ATT offered 100$ cards for any phone. Literally gave them a busted down BB Tour from launch that was normally worth 4$ from them and they gave me 100$. Same thing for my samsung focus
I've sold most of my past phones on Ebay- Heck I even sold my BB Torch for $315 two years ago LOL..Planning on selling my S3 on Ebay 
The S3 is going for $200 on both Swappa and Ebay...gonna do that when the time comes to upgrade to the S5.
I've never had any issues with Best Buy. I do in-store pickup because it's free shipping, release day pickup and they're only 2 miles from my house.

I haven't bought an BB Replacement Plan in YEARS. They used to be a great deal - $19.99 for 3-year protection (for PCs, Laptops, PS2, etc...). Now, those plans are almost the same price as the devices themselves. Total ripoffs.

My iPhone 4S was listed sa $147 for trade-in. But I'm keeping it since it's unlocked now. Still in perfect condition. It's literally NEVER been out of it's Otterbox Case for more than 2 minutes in the past 2.5 years lol.
How is bb when it comes to preorders? I have always just walked in beforehand and picked one up but I decided to preorder this time and I still haven't heard anything from bb on when my phone will ship.

I received a telephone call from Best Buy regarding my pre order of the Galaxy S 5. I received the call at approximately 2:10 p.m. and was advised that there was a glitch in the computer and I needed to reorder my phone. Can you spell annoyed?
I have placed a new pre order, and I suppose time will tell. This is the first time but I ordered anything online from best buy and so far I'm not impressed.

Are you transferring from another carrier?
Or buying unlocked?
Or new customer/new contract?
From my experience, transferring an existing number from a different carrier sometimes can be glitchy or just a pain. They make it sound like a simple, automated process, but it rarely is.
One page tells me one date of availability and another page tells me something completely different!

It looks like I may have been duped by a $50 rebate...smh I should have went with Verizon like I started to.
