Calendar app hangs everytime I start it. Tried resetting to factory version & clearing all data, but didn't help.

Navigation does not work. While Maps shows the route, when the car moves, navigation doesn't work.

Any solutions?

Cheers

Android version you're running on?

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://motorola-global-portal.cust...etail/a_id/105543/p/30,6720,9541/kw/safe mode

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

He mentioned he tried Factory reset.. How would safe mode help?

First, the OP talked about restoring the Calendar app to its factory version, not doing a full factory data reset.

Second, if you factory reset and then sign back into the phone, Google will usually restore a lot of your data, including automatically reinstalling apps from Google Play Store. So unless you went immediately to the Google Play Store after finishing the Setup Wizard to stop any app from automatically installing, then you might not be starting with a clean slate--and therefore a 3rd party app might still cause problems.

Agreed. My bad. I didn't give proper attention thinking about Factory Reset.
