Calendar - One Hour Off on Old Appts

I used to have this problem on my iPhone but managed to figure it out. Now I can't figure it out on my Eris Droid -- any appointments that I have in my Outlook that were set up before Daylight Saving Time are one hour behind their real time. Meanwhile, appointments set up AFTER November 1 are fine.

Any clues?

i have the same problem and i was told by verizon this is one of this issues being fixed on the dec 11th update
