Call direct isn't working S7

Hey there

I have a Samsung S7, it was working just fine and now it doesn't want to work there is a advance setting that you put on wich allows you to call people by just putting the phone to your ear but it doesn't want to work now and also in whatsapp i use to be able to listen to a voicenote by putting it to my ear and now it wont work, the screen also always use to go off when i was busy with a call but lately its not doing that either, did the sensor infront mybe break. does someone have any advice for me.

Dial *#0*# to get to the service menu. You can test the hardware here. Check sensor. If it fails, take it to repair shop. If it passes, it's a software/setting issue.
