Call Problems

So about 75% of the time when i try to call someone or someone calls me, the ear piece doesn't work. I don't know if that's actually the case, but I have no sound and the only way I can get it to work is by restarting the phone. Anyone else have this problem and/or is there a known solution? Thanks in advance.

ive had this issue before . i learned it was from using a headset. if you use one, sometimes if you take it out to fast or awkwardly it still thinks that the headset is in.
