call voice hearing

ya i can't hear voice in any call loudspeaker only i can use to talking how can i solve problem ?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that there is no sound from the earpiece during a call, and you have to use the speakerphone function? Did the problem just start? Perhaps the speaker in the earpiece failed.
