Caller name ID

I noticed this "Caller name ID" app was on and couldn't figure out how to turn it off. I just checked vzw.com and on the features area I have this feature not added to my account (costs like 1 dollar and some change). Any idea of how to turn it off? Will I get charged for this?

You should not be charged...the preinstalled came with a free trial,maybe you activated by accident. Go into your systems apps all page, find and disable it.
