Calls still ringing while in silent mode

I've had the Droid Z Force since it came out. I have noticed that even in silent mode the phone is allowing calls to come through. Is anyone else having this issue?

Still allowing calls to come through, as in you still hear the ringer?

Yes it's like it bypasses the silent mode and rings when calls come in

Have you cleared app cache and then system cache? Hopefully you won't have to do an FDR.
