Camera button

I am not getting this...
I thought when you press the camera button it calls up the camera.
When I pres the button it does nothing, is this right?

Is there a setting needed to be set?
If so where can I find it?

It's got a delay on it to keep you from accidentally opening the camera. Try pressing and holding it untill you hear some faint clicks.

Yup hold the button down and it should open right up.

If you have haptic feedback activated...it'll vibrate when the cam is activated
