camera can't connect to the camera

camera can't connect to the camera, pleace check whether other applications running in the background are using camera(such as flashlight). close it and try again.
Pleace someone help me..

I used to get that if I turned on the flashlight and then let it time out and automatically turn itself off.

Try rebooting your phone; that will solve it this time. And, then, figure out what you might be doing that is hanging up the camera/flash system.

Welcome to Android Central! You may have to uninstall apps that have Camera permissions until the problem goes away. Focus on 3rd party flashlight apps, as well as any social media apps that can take pictures.

Welcome to the forums. Have you already tried the solutions posted above? Also, try clearing data for the camera app in settings - apps and then restart the phone.

As stated above, you need to check which apps you installed that include the camera permission. The right steps will depend on which phone you have and the android version.
