Camera Flash Doesn't Work with Protective Case

I love my Note 3, but just realized that the camera flash didn't work. I have the phone in a protective case. I took the phone out of the case, turned it off, took the battery out, put the battery back in and rebooted the phone. The flash started working. As soon as I put it back in the protective case, it stops working. I've repeated these steps multiple times. I've turned off all the motion and gestures stuff from the settings and it still won't work with the case on. Anyone have any ideas???

The flash is not going off or you cant see it because it's behind the case???
