My samsung c9 back camera is not zooming far objects

Have you tried a different camera app?

And for what it's worth, this phone doesn't have optical zoom ability or a telephoto lens. Any zooming would be a digital zoom, no different than if you cropped and resized the image after you take it. So if nothing gives you the ability to zoom within a camera app, using a photo editor after the fact would be a workaround.
