Camera problem

Unable to launch camera app. The attached error appears.
I Force stopped, cleared cache and rebooted. No dice.
Was working fine without a Sim card, now problematic with Sim inserted and working /recognized. Never has been a corporate phone. Galaxy S9+.
Advice?

You check device administrator anything there prevent access to camera?

Just Find My Device. It's strange.

This occurred after I dropped and killed my S8active this morning. Switched over the Sim and micro SD. Wifi calling is also non functional. Think I'm going to back up and restore.

That is strange , try safe mode before factory reset.

There's a Sensors option in the pull down menu I'd not seen before. I unlit it, and camera is active. Smh

It messes with a few things. I'm going to look into it later. I'd like to know what else it does.
