Camera Problems/Data Dropping

I had Liquid Smooths ICS leak, i uninstalled it and went back to the original thing (im new to rooting ) but while i had it i couldnt record video's and my signal would randomly drop every couple minutes for about 1-10 minutes each, what is the best rom without many problems? and maybe a tutorial on how to install

Go back to Liquid and install 3.2, gingerbread based and very stable.
