Can an LG BAckup from LG G3 be restored on a different Android phone (eg Samsung)?

My LG G3 has died with the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). It starts up randomly once in 20 tries but I can never get through anything before it dies again.

I had take an LG Backup on an SD Card. Can you restore this backup on a new cell phone that may be different from LG? I am not going anywhere near an LG again.

Hi, what is an LG backup to SD card? your phone syncs the data to Google so if you buy a new Android phone, you should be able to restore your phone from the previously synced date (it's usually done daily) if you have data on your SD card, like pictures, music, videos etc then yeah this will work on any Android phone that supports SD cards.

Have you looked to get the phone fixed? the battery could be the only problem, which would be a simple fix.
