Can Android uploads be done via a Moto G's USB port?

[Android Central Question]

I want to update my Moto G Power's OS. Can this be done via the unit's USB port or is a wireless connection the only way to do OS and security updates? If a USB port connection is possible, I need some step-by-step guidance or direction on where to find such guidance. Thanks, in advance, for all comments.

Is that 2022 version?
Go to setting>check manually for software update, if it says up to date then nothing further
