Can anyone help me unsoft brick my LG Tribute 2 (lg ls665)?

I think I soft bricked my lg ls665.. I rooted it then it started acting funny I believe It turned off on its own then I turned it back on and it was like frozen so I did a hard reset and wiped cache and all that stuff and factory reset it now when I turn it on it goes thru the activation setup thing and when I get to the wifi part I type in my wifi password it says its connected but when I hit next it says no internet connection so when I hit skip it acts like its going to the next part but nope it looks and stay at that one bs wifi part its driving me crazy its been like this for months please someone help I have looked all over the web and I cant find anything that will help me
