I am trying to help my father who isn't very tech savvy, he wants to be able to move files from one USB drive to another using his phone.
I got him a hub that works with his phone and tablet so he can plug in multiple USB devices at once. When using the "My Files" app on his Samsung tablet it worked fine, we plugged in both USB drives and they showed up as "USB Drive 1" and "USB Drive 2". However, his phone is not a Samsung and the manufacturer does not have their own file management app, it instead has the "Files" app by Google. Problem is that Google's file management app does not seem to work with multiple USB drives. When plugging in the first drive it showed up, but when plugging in the second even though it said the drive was mounted it does not show up in Files.
So I wanted to ask recommendations for a file management app that is both simple to use and can manage multiple USB drives. I normally use Total Commander myself, but that would be far too complicated for him. Can anyone recommend an app that is simple and can work with multiple USB drives?
