Can I add medication list to my emergency contacts that EMTs can access?

I am wanting to add a list of medications and allergic reactions to certain meds that EMTs can access when my phone is locked.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have, and which version of Android? If you have something pre-Lollipop, then you could probably place a lockscreen widget with that information. Try DashClock, and then install the Quick Info DashClock Extension.
