Can I crop a photo ?

Can someone please describe how I can specify (rubberban) an arbitrary rectangle in an image file
and then crop just the part inside the rect? I think the default photo prog will do it, but I am
apparently too dense to figure it out.

Well, as an owner of the Note 10.1 you could always use Photoshop Touch to crop the photo.
