Can I fix my Motorola e that's black screen saying reboot

My Moto e6 the screen started reading fast food switch tools recovery fast boot mode fastboot logger I don't have a computer is there any way I can fix? this I took my SIM card out. I just got the phone 8 months ago and I just hate to get another one but if that's why I need to do

Can u get to recovery to perform factory reset?
