My phone keeps installing unwanted apps without my permission. I uninstall them every time, but they keep installing. Unknown sources is disabled, also the settings in playstore for downloading without permission.
There isn't specific answer why is that happening or whose fault is it. I guess it's because of the system apps. So can I fix that with just by rooting my phone and disabling some apps or do I have to install new ROM?

Android 6.0, phone Doogee X6(same on Doogee X9), apps like: H2O Resource Pack, Bangwood, Fiverr, Coordinator and many other unwanted apps that just display lots of ads and download more unwated apps.

No, rooting has nothing to do with that. You have some app that's installing other apps - neither that app nor the ones it's installing are rooted (since the phone isn't rooted), so rooting isn't the problem, nor is lack of rooting.

Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and a good antivirus app.
