Can I flash Pac_moto?

I'm wanting to flash pac_moto_msm8960dt-dev-20140728.zip on my Moto X developer edition and I'm running Android 4.4.4. The kernel is 3.4.42. I've unlocked the bootloader, installed TWRP, and rooted the phone. Forgive my ignorance, Newbie here.

reboot to recovery. select install. find the zip file (pac_moto_msm8960dt-dev-20140728.zip). it's in the download folder if you downloaded it to your device.
