Can I format my SD and still flash?

Or do I need to keep some files to use amon_ra? I'm not sure if Recovery is on the sd or ran from internal memory.. Thanks!!

Yes you can format your card and still flash. You're recovery isn't ran from the SD card. Also, speaking from experience

yeah.....only thing is nandroid backups are stored on sd cards.....sure you knew that though!
