There is an app that may allow you to boot into bootloader, but it requires root access. This will check root access. I'm pretty sure you are rooted since you have superuser.

Recover takes me CWM-based Recovery v6.0.3.2

- reboot system now
-install zip from sdcard
-install zip from sideload
-wipe data/factory reset
-wipe cache partition
-backup and restore
-mounts and storage
-advanced

Yes! Find a Rom that you want, sense five based, may sure it's for the htc one. Download it to your computer, drag and drop it to device storage. Once you do that, go into recovery through this app, clear cache partition, and clear data, go to advanced and clear dalvik cache, then go to load zip from sd.

Don't put it in a folder. Just drag and drop to the device. It wil be much easier to find and will not be wiped. I promise. It will be at the very bottom of the list when you are scrolling through sd contents.

Haha, no problem. Yes it is based on Sense 5.0 and on the latest firmware by HTC 2.19.401.1.

Okay so when I connect my PC to the Phone, I have two.err..partitions(?) that I see

Removable Disk (I: ) (14.8 Gb) and Removable Disk (J: ) (1.69 GB)

I'm guessing I put it in 14.8 Gb partition?

It has the download folder etc in it.

The other partition has Android and Lost.Dir
