Can I get some help getting my Moto E to work correctly?

Moto E not working correctly please help!!

Okay so about one week ago I got really tired of having the photos app which google made that you couldn't delete on your moto e. So, I got an app that deletes apps that came with your phone. I deleted photos and everything was okay until errors started popping up for example, "com.android.keyguard has stopped", "com.android.systemui has stopped" I did a factory reset but the errors kept popping up still. I got the photos app again and still errors pop up. Sometimes I'd try to start up my phone and it would be stuck on the blue M with the blue circle around it and wouldn't actually start up. When it would finally start up the background would be black but the icons would be there. I wouldn't be able to drop down the notification bar or be able to press home or back. I've tried everything such as fastboot recovery and clearing the cache and also doing another factory reset. what ends up happening is when I start up my phone after the reset the background would still be black and the keyguard error would pop up over and over again without letting me do anything. Please help!!

Welcome to Android Central! Did you root the phone? You can't delete preinstalled apps unless you're rooted, and it's generally inadvisable to dabble in that kind of thing if you don't have a lot of experience. The problem now is that you no longer have those system files available, assuming you didn't do a backup prior to deleting.
