Can I get some help sync'ing Google Play accounts on an LG3 and Proscan tablet both running Android?

Problem sync'ing google play accounts on an LG3 and Proscan tablet both running android.

I have an LG G3 and Proscan tablet both running android and have installed google play on both under the same e-mail account but my apps are not synchronized (specifically boom beach). It is almost as if each device is running a separate version of google play independent from the other even though they are registered to the exact same e-mail account with the same information. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean the apps aren't synchronized? Do you mean that some apps appear on one device but not the other? This may be due to incompatibility with one of the devices--more likely the Proscan tablet, since off-brand devices tend to have more incompatibility issues than the more mainstream ones.
