Can I get some help with questions about my Galaxy S6 battery life?

Question about the Galaxy S6 Battery Life

I'm sorry if this has already been answered somewhere on the web, but I have searched for awhile and have been unable to find anything. I just had a question about the battery life of the S6. I recently acquired the phone a few days ago and was aware that the battery life was subpar, but upon a full charge, the battery life doesn't go above an estimated 11 hours of time no matter what.

I have seen screenshots of people with even less battery than 100% with more hours remaining than I have ever seen (e.g. 14-16%) and was wondering if this was normal?

What battery life do you actually get from it with normal use? The indicated standby time may be inaccurate.
