Can I put a S4 smartphone into a flatbed scanner?

Isn't Battery Guru supposed to help with saving power instead of making it worse!

Never. Ever. Use. Battery. Saving. Apps. I don't know why, but they always turn off my WiFi which is really annoying.

I've never used a battery app before, I've been using this one because is for the snapdragon in my device. It doesn't turn my WFi off and it doesn't bother me. I guess I'll keep on using it for a week or two, maybe a month, and figure if it stays or not

I used juice defender before and my experience was horrible. Once, I was watching a movie on YouTube and it suddenly cuts off my WiFi. WTF? And I have to reload and go through the YouTube buffering again.

It won't work, the light will just reflect off the screen, it will be just white

I recently downloaded that app, 2 days ago it stopped learning and begun to help saving battery juice. So far I can't really say if it has made a difference on savings, but it is definitively not working against me as it happened to you!

Mine worked fine for a few weeks. Since I posted that I've done a factory reset to make sure the update "took" all the way (some things from the update clearly didn't happen and the factory reset fixed that) and everything has been good. I haven't installed BatteryGuru again and in the past day or two my battery life has been as good as ever. I honestly don't know if what I saw was caused by the app or a botched update or both, but I don't see a reason to reinstall it. I mostly posted the picture becasue the timing was so funny.

I didn't have BatteryGuru handle my WiFi because WiFi is such a small battery drain with how I use my phone. It supposedly helps with finding net based location, so I'd rather just have it on all the time anyway. I like my location based features of my phone and don't want them to use GPS if necessary. As far as I can tell it really only tried to limit how much some of my apps woke up my phone, but none of them seem to be draining my battery too bad without it. If I see that one of them starts draining it I might reinstall, but as of right now I have no reason to.
