Can I Share Photos Directly from the Camera?

When I take a photo, the app immediately returns to the viewfinder rather than letting me see the photo. That's annoying for two reasons. First, I have to launch Gallery to see if the photo is good enough or whether I need to retake. Second, I don't have the option of being able to share that photo. Instead, I have to launch Gallery to do that. It's an extra step, and it's annoying because with my previous Android phone, the OEM software let me review and share photos right from the camera.

Is there a way to view and share photos from Camera? Am I overlooking something?

Thanks.

The photo thumbnail is shown in camera for a time. Tap it and you can view photo and share from there

The last photo taken is on the right. You need to swipe to preview, then swipe back to the camera.

Swipe from right to left when the camera app is open to go straight to the gallery. Can then share from here.
