Can I trade in a carrier-locked Note 10 to samsung?

[Android Central Question]

I have a note 10 locked to AT&T, it needs an MCK code to unlock. I have bought several codes from different 3rd-party companies, and they all failed to provide a code that can unlock it. ATT gave me the unlock network code, but it was too late after my sister has entered the wrong code more than 5 times (thus why it needs an MCK to unlock). So, I'm thinking of trading in this one to get a newer model.

P/s: My sister paid off the phone and it is hers, it's not blacklisted.

Try factory reset in recovery and this time put Att code and see if its ok
