Can not find app launcher on Galaxy S7 Eclipse, how do I get it back?

system update screwed up my home page. After organizing home page, noticed no app launcher, and can't access voicemail.

If you've been updated to Oreo I believe you now have to swipe up from the bottom to access the app list. Also make sure you're not using the Easy Mode launcher.
