Can s health records naps automatically pls

[Android Central Question]

I don't sleep well. I wake up and my s health all records naps but I don't know when, it just says 2 hours 5 minutes. Please record automatically bc I don't know when I fell asleep and woke back up. From someone who rarely sleeps 5 hours a night

Which Samsung phone ? The newer ones have digital wellbeing., that probably could do that .
