can separate notifications for email and text be set on a Droid Turbo 2

I can only find a single notification for both text and email on my new Turbo 2. I had a Droid Maxx before and could have notifications for one or both.

Welcome to Android Central! Open the Messaging app, tap Menu>Settings, and look for the notification option there. You should be able to change the tone. The same should be true for the Email app (although I think you have to also select the specific email account in the app's settings).
