Can someone help with this Facebook notification thing please!

On one of the images I have a permanent facebook notification there, I think its new because it just popped up and I cant slide to remove it. I have restarted my phone and it still wont go! Cam someone help please

Try opening the Facebook app and going into settings, and see if you can uncheck an option for "Show icon in notification bar" or something similar.

This was also driving me mad...found it under Account\App Settings\ Advanced Notifications Settings\ untick the Ongoing Notification
