A special friend of mine has this blue heart in a box notification on his phone. Can someone tell me what app has that notification icon?

Ask your friend. You can tell him to swipe down the notification panel and look at the details of the notification if he isn't sure. Otherwise, we're not going to have discussions here about intruding on other people's privacy, even if it's a significant other. Thread closed.
