can someone please help me with my ZTE z958 im trying to get sim network unlock pin

yes i have and zte z958 device and im trying to network unlock it so i can use my device with other carriers but i have not been successfull. i purchased two sim network unlock codes but after puttting in code a screen pops up and say puk code unsuccessful and so than I enter puk code for that sim and it prompts me to change pin so I do that, and nothing it starts to count down my trys so than I go to emergency dial pad and enter **05*puk*newpin*confirmpin*# and it boots and says sim is now unblocked and your phone is unlocking but stays stuck that screen booting and nothing happens
